Returns & Refunds

90 day guarantee against faults and defects. 14 day right to change your mind. All electrical items are covered for life from being blocked/barred. Please see below for further details.

Cashbrokers sales are covered by the Consumer Credit Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contract Regulations Act 2013.

 

Consumer Electrical Goods (excluding digital content) are covered by our 90 day guarantee.

 

For 90 days of receiving the goods you may claim a refund, repair or replacement if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. You must notify us within 90 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days.

 

We offer a 14 day ‘change of mind’ refund in addition to your 90 day guarantee. You must notify us you have changed your mind within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days. You (the buyer) pays the return postage. We refund the original postage. Please note the change of mind guarantee does not cover CD’s, DVD’s and software if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping, nor perishable, tailor made or personalised items, nor sealed coins or memorabilia if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping or case.

For Digital Content we will repair or replace during the first 30 days, if a repair or replacement is not successful you are entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the purchase price.

Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaged securely. We advise using a tracked and insured postal service. Cashbrokers cannot be held responsible for undelivered returned goods.

If the fault was present during the first 90 days but you notify us after 90 days, different rules apply to your right to a refund, repair or replacement. For full details of your rights please see;
